No matter what class you take with us, our certified instructors will make sure you’re having a great time and taking every step at your own pace.

These traditional interval workouts prioritize fun over coordination and will introduce new songs and dance moves each class. These classes are beginner-friendly and we change the choreography all the time!

Ready to feel the burn? This intermediate Zumba class incorporates weights into traditional choreography. We use light dumbbells — we suggest 2lbs to start with (B.Y.O. or borrow ours for the class) and dance with them for part of the class.

Let's get physical (physical) as we step into these high-intensity, aerobic classes. These step classes use only bodyweight to focus on strengthening the lower body — glutes, legs, and core — with signature Zumba flair!

Concentrate on your core in these beginner classes where we’ll focus on the fundamentals of bellydance and and then shimmy our way through different music genres. You’ll be surprised just how much you’ll work your muscles in just an hour!

With the same high-energy as Zumba, these classes jam to modern and throwback hip hop beats, rhythms, and movements with a focus on full-body, aerobic exercise.

Graceful and strong, ballerinas have it all. Borrow their moves at the ballet barre to build lean muscle from head to pointed toes! These classes use bodyweight or dumbbells while stretching and strengthening your whole body.

Wind down from a busy day with our slow-paced, gentle yoga. All ages and levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Explore .vibrant rhythms of trending K-pop, Hip-Hop, and Latin music from all around the world! This unique class is perfect for younger Zumba® fans, ages 7-11

Students ages 3-5 will explore ballet and tap fundamentals and ballet as the foundation of other dance styles.
