Chances are, you’re already familiar with Zumba, the Latin-inspired dance fitness craze — after all, it’s been around since 2001! These traditional interval workouts prioritize fun over coordination and will introduce new songs and dance moves each class. Yes, you’ll sweat but these classes are beginner-friendly.
Ready to feel the burn? This advanced Zumba class incorporates weights into traditional choreography. Bring your own hand-weight dumbbells or leg weights (we suggest 2 lbs to start with) and dance on and off with them as you like throughout the class period.
Let’s get physical, physical as we step into these high-intensity, aerobic classes. Unlike Zumba Toning, these step classes use only bodyweight to focus on strengthening the lower body — glutes, legs, and core — with signature Zumba flair!
Concentrate on your core in these beginner classes where we’ll focus on the fundamentals of bellydance and and then shimmy our way through different music genres. You’ll be surprised just how much you’ll work your muscles in just an hour!
Come strictly dancing — hip hop that is. While we keep the high-energy of Zumba Toning, these classes leave the Latin choreo behind so that we can focus on building strong bodies with full-body aerobic workouts.
Graceful and strong, ballerinas have it all. Borrow their moves at the ballet barre to build lean muscle from head to pointed toes! These classes use bodyweight or dumbbells while stretching and strengthening your whole body.
These classes are for everyone to learn to tap — without any rehearsal jitters. Each class we’ll practice foundational skills before working our way through a routine. From classic musicals to modern music, you’ll enjoy getting in step with us!
Mom and Dad not feeling up for Zumba? No problem! These 45 minute classes are designed for kids and tweens 6-12 to dance off their excess energy while also building confidence and friendships along the way.
You’ll be surprised by your littles’ dance moves! These pop-up classes are designed for children aged 0-3 and parents to provide educational development, socialization, and for everybody to wiggle their booties!
